Reconnect with your body. Move through life with more ease.

For more than 16 years, Rolfing has been one of the primary ways Scott has helped people feel more at home in their bodies.

What is Rolfing?

Rolfing Structural Integration is hands-on bodywork that works with connective tissue, movement education, and body awareness. It considers how the whole body functions as an interconnected system, rather than focusing only on one place of discomfort.

Scott’s approach

Sessions combine structural bodywork, movement education, breath awareness, and an approach that respects your body’s own pace. Some people come for tension, injury recovery, movement restrictions, athletic goals, or a deeper relationship with their bodies.

Rolfing and facilitation

Rolfing is a complete practice in its own right. Some clients also choose bodywork as part of a wider process of preparation or integration. Neither depends on the other.

Sessions are available in Boulder and Denver and generally last 60 or 90 minutes.
