Integration

Let the experience have somewhere to land.

Integration is a place to reflect on what arose and to notice how it connects with your relationships, choices, and daily life after a supported psilocybin experience.

After the session

About a week after a facilitated session, Scott meets with clients for a 60-minute integration conversation. The goal is not to force a conclusion. It is to stay curious about what feels meaningful and consider gentle, practical ways to carry it forward.

A conversation, not an interpretation

Some experiences are clear right away. Others take time. Integration can make room for memories, feelings, questions, patterns, and the ordinary realities of returning to daily life. Scott does not decide what an experience means for you. He helps create enough space to notice what feels important in your own time.

How it fits into the process

One integration session is included in the full facilitation process. Additional integration support is available for people who want more time and continuity. The preparation work and full process overview explain how support is connected across each stage.
